I can't believe how much snow we have gotten in the last 2 days. The boys have had 2 snow days from school so far and have been excited about that. Unfortunately I have already packed all of the snow gear minus the boots and gloves. I figured we hadn't had snow in Oct since we have lived here so we wouldn't need to worry about snow pants and such, boy was I wrong! As of right now Highlands Ranch has had 15" of snow and is expected to get 5-8 more inches by tonight...CRAZY! Oregon is looking better and better:)

A couple of days ago John and I kept hearing Ryan going in and out of the front door, we were getting annoyed and told him to stop....the next morning I was driving the boys to school and when i closed the garage door I see this....
I asked Ryan if he did that and he said "Yep! Our house needed to look scarier so I put a face on it!"
HAH! I just love how Ryan thinks...he sees things so differently.

Wow! You did get a ton of snow!! Ryan is so creative! Your house does look a lot more scary now! I think I would stay away on Halloween night!!
that is a LOT of snow! you could seriously have a blog just one the things ryan says and does. :)
The snow better be over before next Saturday- Or I'm staying in Idaho where it is warm and sunny. Well - ok it is only 33 - so guess that isn't really warm. But we only have a skiff of snow.
The snow might still be here but it is supposed to be 60 on Sunday:) Yeah! So hopefully everything will melt. We can't wait to see you!
And my kids have been freezing all week because we've had a major cold-snap of 60s. I remember getting a snowstorm like that in Seattle when I was a kid. We built snow forts, and snow caterpillars...
