I went to Salem this past weekend and looked at about 50+ houses, I think our realtor thinks we are insane! We looked at every house out there in our price range. We put in an offer on a house and should know by tonight if we got it. There were 3 other offers on the house. We offered what we wanted to offer and if we don't get it we will be okay to walk away and will just wait till our house in Denver closes on the 24th and then make an offer on another house. That's the plan.....

That is great that the house sold. What a relief for you. Hope all goes well with it. Will you head back to Denver to get all your stuff?

Yahoo!! I was secretly sad that you sold your house because that meant that you wouldn't be staying in Salt Lake for as long, but it really is good for your family, so congrats!!
